At FANFAN, surprise and indulgence are at the heart of each plate to give your taste buds unique taste sensations. FANFAN makes you travel between France and Asia with every bite with the familiar flavors of French cuisine enhanced by unexpected but gourmet touches of Asian flavors.
One of our signature creations gives pride of place to sand carrots combined with panang curry, another allows you to enjoy the association between the catch of the day, dark beer, soybean paste and an amazing crispy buckwheat.
Each of our creations is produced as an ephemeral work of art whose composition and visual presentation make it possible to sublimate the gustatory journey.

Since opening day, FANFAN has never skimped on the quality of the products used, so we demand extreme freshness from daily deliveries. This requirement implies a strong dependence on the seasonality of the products, which imposes on the team a constant renewal and creativity. Each day is then a new blank page ready to be completed.
Japanese ancestral traditions such as Ikejime, a slaughtering technique that instantly kills the fish and enhances its flesh, are favored by our chef in FANFAN.

Among the selection of exceptional sakes by our sommelier: HAKKAISAN Junmai Daiginjo Snow Aged 3 Years "Yukimuro", fresh as snow, the minimalist white bottle represents the unique method used in the brewing of this sake: “Yukimuro“. This sake is aged for three years by a huge amount of snow stored in the same insulated room. This traditional, eco-friendly technique adds a smoother, rounder feel to the already creamy flavor, which is softened with hints of pear.
